Eric Kraan has joined Hands On Consulting as founding partner

Eric is an experienced senior executive and hands-on general manager who, after a successful career of 20 years in various management and supervisory functions and as a management consultant, has joined Bart Bouwmeester as a founding partner in Hands On Consulting.

Eric worked at Pon Holdings for 14 years as a senior executive in Automotive and Power (industrial solutions for off-the-grid and back-up food). Pon is an internationally operating family business with a turnover of € 6 billion in trade, engineering and production and is connected to Caterpillar and Volkswagen as important OEMs. Before that, Eric worked for 6 years as a management consultant at Accenture.

Eric is married and the father of three children. Eric loves running, traveling and is a passionate diver.
