Miranda

Miranda

As from day one after her university degree in European, Economic, Public and Corporate Law, Miranda got started as a legal counsel in the (international) world of technology. 17 years of frequent cooperation with other lawyers, but also non-layers, commercial professionals and technicians have contributed to her knowledge of the many challenges between the legal and the commercial-technical environment.

Her pragmatism, dedication and focus on the content shall never cause losing her sight towards the human aspects of the business, which to her believe is what it’s all about after all: human intervention.

Miranda can be of assistance for all your legal activities and legal documents such as: drafting, negotiation and review of contracts relating to, for example, distribution and reselling of goods, service and maintenance, large (maritime) construction projects (EPC and-a-like), guarantees, intellectual property and licenses, confidentiality, standard terms and conditions, and other business and legal documents. She has experience in preventing and manage (inter)national claims and disputes, and (together with other external legal counsels) court-and arbitration proceedings and support for settlement arrangements.
She is also happy to support the design, engineering and technology business units on strategic projects and developments, to set up a legal department or to create (more) legal awareness in your business. Other than that, she has been experienced as a warm, energetic and humorous person.
